Are you ready to see a real transformation in your team’s professional learning? Say goodbye to the yearly expenses that don't deliver the change you're looking for. Evidence shows that the most enduring professional learning involves whole teams and has multiple contacts over extended timeframes of six months to a year.

The average professional learning session costs between $1000 and $3000 a day. Save thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of your team’s time and allow us to facilitate a multi-contact, context-related project to unify your efforts and inspire your educators and children to become active custodians of the planet.

This is why we have created a Three-Tier staged Professional Learning Program to facilitate sustainability projects that align with your unique context. Choose the tier that suits you now and build on it over time.

Tier One - Engage
Tier Two - Equip
Tier Three – Evolve

You are in safe hands with Lili-Ann and Bron. We have over 60 years of combined education experience and have worked with hundreds of educators just like you!

Project Sustainability is a transformative program for Early Childhood Education and Care
Project Sustainability is a transformative program for Early Childhood Education and Care Services that empowers educators and children to explore sustainability through project-based learning.

Aligned with the Sustainability Principle in the Early Years Learning Framework 2.0, this program helps services meet the National Quality Framework’s Exceeding Themes by embedding sustainability practices in daily operations, encouraging critical reflection, and harnessing meaningful engagement with families and the community.

With multi-contact coaching with your facilitators, Project Sustainability empowers your educators to innovate and lead project-based learning focused on sustainability that evolves with the children’s interests.

Our practices and project development are inspired our project-based learning methods the Reggio Emilia Approach.

By the end of this program, children will be engaged in real-world projects that allow them to explore sustainability themes in depth. At the same time, educators gain confidence in guiding and supporting these child-led explorations.

Beyond the specific focus on sustainability, educators will become thoroughly conversant with project design, implementation, assessment and documentation processes. These skills are transferrable across all learning areas. Sustainability need not be a stand-alone initiative. It can be interwoven with other learning areas, such as science, maths, the arts, and literacy.
